It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Timothy Leibreich, our esteemed CFO and CHRO, effective December 31, 2024. After more than five decades of dedicated service to N.A.L. Company, Tim has decided to begin a well-deserved retirement.
The Beginning
Tim has played an integral part in our family company’s journey. His story with N.A.L. Company Inc. began in 1972 when he worked as a general laborer over the summer. He joined the company full-time after receiving his degree from Miami University in 1978.
Over the years, Tim has excelled in many different positions with the company, his last being CFO. As a key leader in finance, procurement, HR, and Customer/Vendor Management, he helped N.A.L. Company remain sound, organized, and compliant while helping to mold our 3rd generation to be successful.

Outside of work, Tim is a man of many passions. He resides in Hillsboro, Ohio, with his wife, Lori, where he enjoys spending time outdoors on his ranch, golfing, fishing, engaging with the local VFW post and other charitable and fraternal organizations, and assisting with his local church. As a former equine show participant and competitor in team roping and calf roping events, Tim has always embraced challenges professionally and personally.
As we prepare for Tim’s retirement, we want to express our deepest gratitude for his unwavering commitment, leadership, and friendship over the years. Tim will now be able to reconnect with various organizations with which he has worked. Please join us in wishing Tim a happy and fulfilling retirement. His impact on N.A.L. Company will be felt for many years to come.
