We are a distributor-based corporation thus, we must rely on our distributors to share and push our product brand lines. Because of that, N.A.L. goes beyond being just a manufacturer by providing representation at trade shows, distributor meetings, and onsite tech and design support to ensure the proper product is being applied for each customer and application.
For 45 years, N.A.L. Company has relied on direct customer interaction via face-to-face meetings, phone, fax, and email to build our packaging heritage to its reputation that has grown to be. Norman Leibreich Sr., our founder, along with his 5 sons, Mike, Tim, Tom, Pat and Norm (retired), have developed invaluable relationships throughout the business world with our customer relationship philosophy in mind. Today, you can speak with our CEO, Michael Leibreich just as easily as you can our customer service personnel. Our open door policy and commitment to transparency allows for clearer communication and assured customer satisfaction.
