Our large variety of raw materials and finished sheets can fit both common and unique opportunities outstandingly well.
Surface protection can be used as pallet bottoms to keep bags from bulging through the wood and protecting them from forklift damage. They can also be used as pallet tops to keep the skidded product clean of warehouse dust. Surface protection or some know it as chipboard, is commonly used as interleafing, separators inside or outside of boxes, or tie sheets between layers of products. If moisture, oil, or grease is a concern, we offer our PolyChip Sheet as well. These sheets are poly coated one side or two and are cut to size according to the customers’ needs and specifications. They repel moisture and oils.
When customers work hard to manufacture a product, they certainly don’t want it damaged while in transit or being warehoused before the end-user receives it. For that reason, we are continually re-developing our lines of surface protection. We have introduced multiple new paperboard lines within the past year. Our newest lines include the very popular NALD Sheet and range from our Economy Sheet to our Premium Sheeted abilities.
