NALSignia™ Laminated SBS

Make the impression substantial. Signature Presence, Engineered in Layers

Most mill SBS tops out around 24–28 pt. NALSignia™ goes further. N.A.L. laminates qualified SBS facings into two-ply or three-ply constructions, reaching finished calipers up to .125″ with the rigidity and hand feel that premium pieces demand.

We design each construction around the job. Facings can be matched or selected for purpose, and every build is checked for adhesive compatibility, curl control, bond strength and end-use fit before it goes into production.

Availability at a Glance

Whether a build is two-ply or three-ply depends on available stock calipers and the finished caliper you need. Final caliper and tolerance are confirmed through construction trials.
