CEO
Mike has been a part of N.A.L. Company® from the beginning. He and his father began working on the company’s machines in their home’s garage, eventually moving to a small rental space in Anderson Township. As business began to grow, the family was able to purchase property in Mt. Orab, which is N.A.L. Company, Inc.’s headquarters to this day. Mike is incredibly proud of the fact that he has built a successful company with the help of his family. He harbors a deep admiration for his team, sharing; “N.A.L. Company, Inc. wouldn’t be what it is today without the solid team base and work ethic of the people who work with us,” he said. “We have a diverse group of individuals with varied thought and problem-solving approaches.”
Mike has lived in Cincinnati his entire life, and his wife has as well. The pair raised two Cincinnati-loving children on the east side of town. Mike enjoys boating and dreams of making “The Great Loop” by water around the eastern United States. In his spare time, Mike can be found doing yard work around his home or having a bonfire on cool evenings with his family. Above all, Mike loves to spend time with his wonderful family.

President/
General Manager
Andrew Leibreich,
President
As a kid, Andy would visit his family’s paperboard company, don a hardhat and learn in awe about the giant machines and how they worked. At age 10, he started earning money at the factory by sweeping floors. Through the years, he worked his way up through the ranks, finally arriving at Vice President/General Manager, by learning various aspects of the company. “You have to know how to run the machines before you can run the plant,” his dad would tell him. So Andy did just that. He learned how everything in the factory worked, came to manage machines and processes, and then the company and team. “N.A.L. has been a training aid for me my entire personal and professional life,” Andy said.
Andy attended the University of Dayton and graduated with degrees in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering, and minor concentrations in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He came to work for N.A.L. initially because of its strong family principle. He quickly grew to foster a deeper love for the company after seeing the high standards to which the team holds itself. The product flexibility and the indispensable value N.A.L. brings to its community and customers has truly driven N.A.L. to new heights. At N.A.L., every customer gets the peace of mind that comes with customer appreciation, impeccable communication, and high-quality products. Above all, Andy’s favorite aspect about N.A.L. is the fact that he and his team will always have the freedom to think forward—to always carry out visions and improvements. “I love the relentless work ethics of everyone at this company,” he said. “I want to make everyone aware of how dedicated, involved, and hardworking our current employees are and how proud they are to be a part of the N.A.L. family. I love encouragement we receive to be innovative; building N.A.L. Company® into the future.”
Outside of work, Andy enjoys sporting events, social events, and bourbon and wine tastings. He enjoys projects that are hands-on and has completed many renovations in both his home and friends’ homes. After marrying in 2006, Andy and his beautiful wife Beth love to travel, especially to the US Virgins Islands. His dream vacation would be to charter a sailboat, cruise through the gorgeous, remote Caribbean while hopping island to island.
