We are pleased to introduce the newest addition to our high-speed precision, machine line-up. This is a Strachan Henshaw precision high-speed sheeter, which transforms roll stock into sheet form at a high rate of speed and pinpoint accuracy.
This sheeter cuts sheet lengths from 15”-60” long and 4”-56” wide. The speed and accuracy is truly remarkable. The Strachan Henshaw can precision sheet up to 700 ft. per minute! Stay tuned into our Facebook page for a video of this precision equipment in action.
So how did we come upon this great new addition? The machine was purchased in Wisconsin. Before we could install it in our plant in Mt. Orab, Ohio, we developed a detailed schematic while disassembling the machine to ship to our plant in parts. Then, with N.A.L.’s in-house engineers, we removed all of the outdated electronics and replaced them with state-of-the-art technology. The entire process took about four months. You can’t rush perfection!
Through the Strachan Henshaw Precision Sheeter addition, our capabilities will improve drastically. This will allow us to fulfill purchase orders even faster and more efficiently. We’re committed to being the “Ship it Today” guys, not the guys who get it to you “just in time.” After implementing N.A.L. Company’s proven work practices in conjunction with the Strachan Henshaw we can improve all facets of production, costs and quality. Additional sheeting machinery will be purchased so we can expand this category even further into the market.
