Matthew Leibreich,
Director of Custom Winding, Chipboard and Specialty Sheeting, Engineering
Matt Leibreich’s journey with N.A.L. Company® began during high school summers and continued through his college years at the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a degree in Operations Management. After graduating, Matt transitioned seamlessly into a full-time role, where he quickly established himself as an expert in paper-based packaging and protection solutions.
Throughout his tenure, Matt has developed specialized knowledge in custom winding, chipboard manufacturing, and specialty sheeting applications that serve diverse packaging needs. His expertise extends across the company’s range of protective products, including high-performance corner protectors, customized surface protection solutions, precision-cut sheets, and advanced lamination services.
“N.A.L. Company is expanding rapidly, and it’s exciting to be involved in the process,” Matt says. “I want N.A.L. to continue to build our packaging heritage and be a place where people in Brown County want to work.”
As the company grows its paperboard packaging product lines and specialized protection services, Matt continues to collaborate with the engineering team to innovate new packaging solutions that meet evolving customer requirements.
Outside work, Matt enjoys family time with his wife Heather, whom he married in 2015 after a memorable proposal at a Bengals football game. He’s actively involved in his children’s sporting activities, coaches West Clermont Youth Wrestling, and occasionally finds time for golfing and fishing.
