With over 25 years at N.A.L. Company, Jon Honnert has developed extensive expertise in critical packaging protection technologies as Director of Specialty Lamination and Large Format Sheeting. His expert understanding of advanced protective materials has positioned him as a key leader in developing innovative packaging solutions.
Jon’s deep knowledge spans the full spectrum of protective packaging technologies, with particular expertise in specialty lamination processes that enhance material durability and performance. His oversight of large format sheeting operations ensures precise production of protective sheets calibrated to exact customer specifications, while his leadership in precision trimming delivers packaging components with exacting tolerances.
Since joining N.A.L. in 1997 after serving as a Combat Medic in the US Army, Jon has systematically advanced through every level of production, giving him unmatched practical knowledge of protective materials manufacturing. This hands-on experience enables him to recommend optimal protection solutions for complex shipping challenges across industries.
Jon has been instrumental in developing new protective packaging processes and products throughout his tenure. His contributions to the service side of laminations have helped N.A.L. expand its protection capabilities while maintaining exceptional quality standards. His logistics expertise extends to shipping department oversight, ensuring protective products arrive at customer facilities intact and on schedule.

Outside work, Jon volunteers in youth development programs and stays active with his American Legion post. A dedicated family man, he particularly enjoys time with his three sons and granddaughter.
