Elizabeth Leibreich brings fresh perspective to her role as Public Relations, Events/Programs Facilitator, and Customer Service Representative at N.A.L. Company. While her background lies in education, Elizabeth has quickly immersed herself in the technical world of protective packaging solutions since joining the family business in November 2023.
Elizabeth actively bridges the gap between N.A.L.’s specialized packaging knowledge and community applications. She’s developed an understanding of the company’s corner protectors, surface protection products, paperboard sheets, and lamination services to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers and community partners.
Her educational background enables her to translate complex packaging specifications into accessible information, helping customers identify the right protective solutions for their unique requirements. Through customer service interactions, Elizabeth guides clients through the selection process for edge protectors, paperboard packaging, and other protective materials.
“N.A.L Company is a hidden gem, and I want to share our company and our products with the whole community,” Elizabeth explains. Currently, Elizabeth is passionately developing partnerships with local high schools and universities to highlight career opportunities in the protective packaging industry. Her systematic approach to organizing presentations has strengthened N.A.L.’s community presence while educating diverse audiences about specialized packaging solutions.
When not advancing N.A.L.’s packaging education initiatives, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, traveling to beach destinations, and spending time with her husband Andy and their dog Lukka, who has become the company’s unofficial mascot.
