Andrew Leibreich leads N.A.L. Company with a unique blend of engineering expertise and family business acumen. Graduating from the University of Dayton in 2000 with majors in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering and specialized minors in Chemical, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering, Andrew has transformed his childhood fascination with machinery into a thriving professional career.
As President and CFO, Andrew has become the driving force behind the company’s strategic evolution. He possesses an intricate understanding of every operational aspect, from product development to market research. His approach to business is deeply rooted in hands-on experience, following his father’s foundational advice that true leadership requires understanding every machine and process.
Andrew’s strategic vision has been instrumental in N.A.L. Company’s recent achievements. He successfully managed a complex leadership transition, oversaw the construction of a new corporate headquarters, and installed a cutting-edge 65″ Maxon Sheeter/Laminator. His current goal is to expand the company’s product and production capabilities tenfold while cultivating a knowledgeable and dynamic team.
Specializing in sustainable packaging solutions, Andrew works closely with customers to develop innovative products, providing expert guidance on corner protectors, surface protection, and advanced manufacturing techniques. His commitment extends beyond business operations, supporting a professional ecosystem of 35+ families through the company’s continued growth and innovation.
Married to Elizabeth, a fellow University of Dayton graduate who joined the company in 2024, Andrew balances his professional dedication with a passion for personal growth and rejuvenation. When not driving N.A.L. Company’s success, he finds inspiration and relaxation on Florida beaches, continually refining his approach to leadership and innovation.
